At Altinkum Dream Homes we offer inspection trips for clients wanting to purchase property these include ;
Free Airport Transfer
Free Accomodation
All you have to do is book your flight, if you purchase from us we will refund flight costs. So you have nothing to lose there will be no pressure to buy.

An inspection trip usually lasts 3-4 days. Our English speaking airport transfer team will pick you up from the airport and take your accomodation.

Next morning after breakfast the English speaking professional sales team will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the office. In the office you will be provided with information on the type of property you require . The sales team will take you to the places you want to see.

Second day you will be following up to see the rest of the selected properties and sit down with our sales team to eliminate the properties and choose the one that matching all your crtierias.
If you decide on that day to make a purchase, you can pay for the deposit (£1000 and £1200 for the legal fees"solicitor, nottery, translator, water - electric connections") the same day either by cash, or debit/credit cards.

The next day our team will take you to the our English speaking solicitor to prepare your sales agreement to be signed by both buyer and seller.

During the inspection trip the after sales service team can take you to choose all your funiture, white goods and curtains.
